This End of Active Life Notice is related to the following models:
Due to the age and several components becoming obsolete, HANDSCAN and all related accessories will enter the “End of Active Life” phase and will therefore no longer be offered for purchase effective October 31st, 2023.
HANDSCAN has been a dependable product for many years; however, demand has declined since the launch of Eddyfi Technologies FloormapX given the increased coverage this latest product offers.
The first generation PIPESCAN scanners have already entered the “End of Active Life” phase since the launch of the more capable Pipescan HD alternatives.
HS/PSELECTRONICS Electronics Module calibrations will continue to be offered, and hardware repairs for all listed products above will be supported on a best-effort basis (determined by parts availability) until the official End of Life (EOL) date of January 1st, 2026.
